Community Development Assistance Corporation (CDAC) office located in Brockton Massachusetts provides financial educational programs that foster financial stability for individuals and for entire communities. The more people know about credit and banking services, the more likely they are to increase savings, invest, buy homes and improve their financial well being.

The Community Development Assistance Corporation (CDAC) is a non-profit organization (IRS 501 (c) (3) exempt status) founded in November 2002 and is currently serving the low to moderate income, minority, and immigrant families in the financially underserved communities throughout the Greater Boston area. CDAC's focus is on Boston ’s inner city neighborhoods of Mattapan, Dorchester , Roxbury, Roslindale, Hyde Park , and Randolph , along with the towns of Braintree , Quincy , Lynn , Cambridge , Canton , and Holbrook. CDAC has recently extended services to include the Greater Brockton community and the South Shore areas. The organization offers financial educational training to help improve the low to moderate income families’ financial and economic status in the community. The training consists of, first-time home buying financial workshops, available banking services, and post-purchase education to help families attain better access to financial services and to help them improve their communities and the area’s overall economy.
